5.1 The Platform, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Twiscul or its licensors.
5.2 You do not acquire any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Platform.

6.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform for breach of these Terms or if we determine it necessary to protect the Platform or its users.
6.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

7.⁠ ⁠Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
7.2 We are not liable for any damages, including indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of the Platform.

8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
